the albert alfred ide you are looking for (great great grandfather)was my grandfather. i am barbara comer brown, the daughter of durward and zoretta comer (zoretta helen ide). i am sorry to tell you this but alfred albert ide died on january 4, 1913 from self administered acute poisoning (paris green) at age 56 in arcada township, michigan. buried in north star cemetery beside wife Dora. alberts father's name was listed on marriage record as john and mother as elizabeth wilson. records are at gratiot county courthouse in ithaca, michigan. i met you once when you were a little boy. nice to have contact after such a long time. we took pictures of the gravestones in north star. if you would like a copy, please send me your e-mail address. best wishes, barbara.
