I am also an Ide. My great,great grandfather was Harvey Ide. He was born Sept. 7,1803 in Vermont. He married Sarah Deland who was born July/Aug 30,1818 in Mass.They married in 1837.They came by covered wagon and settled in Genoa,Il.I would sure find out more about Harvey before he came to Il, his parents,brothers, sisters etc.
