This is thoroughly confusing due to the many Richard and Williams. I have a book by Mary Belle Lontz a genealogist in PA. It has her heritage which is directly tied into the Iddings family we are talking about. The name of the book is "Our German, Pilgrim and Quaker Ancesters". Someplace I have her email.
Anyway in her book under Richard and Margaret Phillips Iddings Family, there is an entry for Elizabeth born in 1709 and married Isaac Wayne and became the mother of General Anthony Wayne. This is referenced to "Major General Anthony Wayne: by Charles J. Stille, page 6. Does that help?
