I am new to this search for family roots. I was browsing through the Iddings genealogy board and had my interest tweaked by the reference to Mabel Iddings. Unfortunately, I have little knowledge of my family. However, I do remember a Great-Aunt Mabel Laws of Findlay, OH. She would have been a Sister to my Grandfather Clyde. I seem to remember that her marriage to Carl Laws was her second marriage. The name John Crates is also familiar for some reason. My last contact with either was shortly before Mabel's death which, I think, occurred somewhere around 1960. If I am violating protocol by replying in this manner, please slap my fingers.

Thanks---Phil
