Adams family in Washington Co.

Hi, I am asking a broad favor from anyone associated with Washington Co. ID and genealogy. I have been hitting a brick wall with a great-grandmother, Ida Mae Adams. Family lore has it that she is of the Adams family from Man's (sp?) Creek. She married great-grandfather, James Marion Cramer in Weiser, Wash. Co. on Mar. 6 1903; he was 30 and she was 14. This marriage is recorded in Book 3, page 72 of Wash. Co. according to the 1/2 copy we have of the licence. (I know that the age is right for James, but not certain for Ida Mae.) Ida and James had 2 girls born in 1904 and 1906. Childhood disease struck both girls in 1909; they lost their eldest who is buried in Payette Co. ID, presumably. Ida left James after this and went back to Washington Co. to live with family friends, last name Walker or Mossman. In 1910, James Marion Cramer is not on the ID census, and is presumed to have left for Alaska, at this time. The four-year old surviving daughter, Elma is listed in the 1910 census living in Gem County with her grandfather, William Cramer. Someone said that Ida Mae Adams Cramer was in Washington Co. at this time. I couldn't find her under Adams or Cramer.
I would like to know if there is any historical info about the Adams families in Manns Creek between 1880 and 1910 or record of birth for Ida Mae Adams. Rumor has it that Ida's parents died when she was young and she was raised by the Walker family. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
