Let's see ....My dad, Jess Vest, would have been 8 in 1928. His older brother would have been about 17. His name was Bill Vest. There were two girls, Stella, who would have been about 6 then and Elsie, who would have been a teenager. SORRY THEY ATE YOUR FISH. Do you think that was my dad or his older brother? I was talking with my cousin when I received the message from you. She was familiar with that funny sounding place. She said it wasn't far from Hollister, which is where my dad's family lived. My cousin's dad would have been Bill Vest, who may have eaten your fish. My dad said that he was a little bit of a holy terror as a boy. I think he owned or ran one of the gas stations/grocery stores in Hollister before he went to WWII. I hope you have had a lot of good fish dinners since that time. Linda
