Seeking father of Eugene Fay Burch

I am looking for a Mr. Burch who used to be a Reverand and also owned "Burch's Tent and Awnings"in downtown Lewiston,ID.
I am not sure of his first name,his sons names were,Eugene and Arthur.They used to call Arthur "Tinker".
Eugene was my sons Grandfather,I am doing this tree for him.
Mr.Burch was last married to Marjorie.He owned the Tent and Awnings store in the 1950's.
Any and all help would be appreaciated.
