Am researching JIMMY RICE who may have been Choctaw or Cherokee. We've heard that he came from GA to OK where he died in October 1879, possibly in Loco, IT. He was the 3rd husband of Minerva Catherine "Callie" Ward, married in 1879 in Gainesville, TX. They had one daughter, born after his death, JIMMIE LILLIAN RICE, who married Rutledge McClain in OK. Any information will be appreciated.
