Hi Jerri,
I totally understand about the curiousness about this case. I have been looking for several years now.

What info I have from news papers are:
Burley Bulletin, Thursday, June 3, 1937. "Cassia Murder Victim Said To Be P.J. McCarthy of Boise".

Idaho Evening Times, Twin Falls, Idaho Wednesday June 2, 1937
"Body at Burley May Be Mystery Death Victim".

I have requested the coroner report on "P.J. McCarthy"'s autopsy from 1937.

I have not found that they had/have found who killed him.
Thank you again for your help.
Sincerely,
Janiece Burgess
