I think Boise is in Ada County. On the site Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness I see several volunteers that could help you. Google RAOGK Idaho and then look at the volunteers listed for Ada County.
I have seen Bernice Willing's obit online with her photo which mentions her two daughters. Have you seen this?
