Looking for father or anyone who knows him

Hello My Name is Heather Walford. I am in search of my biological father. His name is Arthur James Walford or he went by Butch. The last time I saw my father I was 14 and he was in Oregon for about 6mths and then left without saying a word to me. I am now 29yrs old and I have grown up since then and I am looking for some closure. I know he was an alcoholic and he has lived in Utah, Idaho and California. I have heard that he has other children in some of these states but i am not sure if they remember him. I was told that I am the oldest of all of his other children, so anything would help as to if they or anybody knows of him or his where abouts. So if any of you can help me find my dad or tell me about him I would ever so appreciate it.
He was last in OR in 1991 or 1992
