Hi Dot,
This may be way out of what you want but the dates and part of the names ring a bell. I have a William Phillips
Francis who died in Council, Adams county, Idaho on 26 Dec
1934. He is buried in Indian Valley Cem. Idaho. His wife Was Margaret Zoa (Cox) Francis Who died in Emmett, Idaho
In Sept 1965. They were my grandparents and I do have some
further information on them and their ancestry. If this is
any way close to who you are looking for my e-mail is

I have. I was born in Council. Lived there a time and am
retired in Arizona.
