defenbach/deifenbach adam, pakenham

I am looking for information on the the Defenbach family. My grandfather, Byron Defenbach, changed the spelling of our last name, which was Diefenbach. He was born in wisconsin in 1870 and settled in Idaho.
I am also looking for information on the packenham family. My grandmother, Jane Adam Defenbach (1886-1982), was born in Burkhardt, Wisconsin, and raised by her grandparents in Minnesota or maybe wisconsin. They were the Packenhams(sp?). Her parents were William and Mary Adam. I don't know which side the grandparents were connected to. I don't know Mary Adam's maiden name, but I know she died of appendicitis when my grandmother was very young. My great-grandfather, William Adam is buried in Roslyn, Washington.
Please e-mail me if you can help me trace more of my family tree.
Thanks
