Total records = 1,080. To reach the cemetery from Twisp go south on Hwy 173 about 1.5 mi from the junction of Hwy 20, turn left onto Beaver Creek Road. The cemetery is located on the right at the top of the hill. The sign as you enter says "Beaver Creek Cemetery Memorial Garden. It is owned and cared for by the Okanogan Cemetery District #2. Matt Morris and I walked and read this cemetery on April 06, 2000. I transcribed from these readings after which I compared our work with the Okanogan County Cemetery Records published in 1991 by OGS. An asterisk follows any listings added, which only they had. This means either we missed it or there is no headstone. Many had more than one headstone. When I caught them I combined the information into one reading. Usually it is because of a military stone added some time later. If a mistake is found or an entry missing, please contact me and I will be happy to make the correction. -Maggie Rail mrail@pacnw.c
