WILLIS, Wm. was alive in 1883 in NE!
How do I know he was alive? Because William was part of a contingent of eleven settlers who came from New York State and Pennsylvania to found the settlement of Keystone, Dawson County, Nebraska in 1883. Am currently doing research on the orginal eleven and would like to find info of William, past and into the 21st century for a follow-up of pioneer days in Keystone and area. Others in the group included John HUNT, Robert BLACKBURN, and Jacob SEAGER.Mr. Willis had a wife whose maiden name could been Parks?
