Looking for a history, or information about, the Old Boise Prison. Had an ancestor who served there in the mid 1880's. Want to know if there is a book of photographs of the Penitentiary, or a book about life in the prison ca. 1885. Would appreciate any and all leads. My Ancestor was Alfred Lamb Blackburn. Also, looking for a listing of prison wardens and officials..... Of that time. I have a few from my ancestors' journals, would love to meet descendents of them who could maybe fill me in on life of a warden and such. Thank you very much.
