I am looking for the parents or any other information on Gabriel Martin,wife's name was Catharine Best.
Gabriel was born in 1818-1826,in Pennsylvainia.
In 1860 and 1870 they lived in Minnesota,In1880 they lived in Nebraska,In 1890 they lived in Idaho.
I have been told they both died somewhere along the Idaho/Oregon border around 1895.If so, I would like to know when and where they were buried.
I have recieved some information that David and Catharine were Gabriel's parents,but I have not been able to confirm that.
I have 7 of Gabriel's childrens names,but I am told there are more.
I am also told that Gabriel may have had another wife before Catharine named Elizabeth.But,I have not been able to confirm this either.
One of Gabriel's sons named Frank settled in Baker,Oregon.
Another son,named Wilson settled in Lewis and Latah counties in Idaho.
If anyone knows anything or can help please let me know,it will be deeply appreaciated.
