Using church records of the Evangelical Reformed, Frederick, I am interested in The marriage to Willaim Lewis Jackson of Barbara ? Baltzell /Baltzel / Balser / Balsel.
After he died she married Icenogle / Eisenogle.
I think there were earlier connections of Icenogle to Baltzell: Marriage 1776 of Adam Eisemenger (many variations in early records - in German) to Juliana Balzen. She was perhaps a widow and maiden name Julianna Wotring (Wortring, now Woodring). Eichelberger married about 1802 - 11: Zimmerman & Johnson & Smith (Formerly Schmit). All of these surnames found in one area near Graceham where the Moravian church was & that church recorded marriages & baptisms of neighbors besides members.
