She was born between 1853 and 1854 in Iceland. She was married 1885 in Vididalstunga, Hunavatnssysla, Iceland to Snorri Sigurdson (severson) born 1863 in Vesturhopi, Hunavatnssysla, Iceland.
Looking for Skulina's parents, I have found Snorri's. I wouldn't think it hard with such an unusual name, but I can't find records, and am unfamiliar with Iceland genealogy (do they have census?)
