Thanks for your response to my query. Thanks also for all the information. I can see that I have some Icelandic to learn! Whew! And, yes, Ingibjorg did remarry in 1915 to another Icelander who emigrated with his family in 1887. He was Sigurdur (Sam) Grimson born in Alftanesi on August 9, 1861. He had lost two wives to premature death and married Ingibjorg. She came to Canada with four of her six children. However you say that the eldest son also came. I wasn't aware of that.
