I am blown away at the amazing kindness from the number of people who responded to my message as I search my fathers grandparents.
Wow oh wow. Thank you so much for all the amazing and wonderful information.
My father & his siblings are from a generation where they just did not talk about things. I knew this was important to them as they are all in their 70's now and to realize there children and grandchildren did not have the last piece of the puzzle to their heritage was disappointing to them.
Each of you are bringing more pieces of the puzzle together and as I pass on information to to hear the excitement in their voices and to listen to them resharing stories from their your youth and even momories come back that they forgot they had..... Your "act of kindness" has made such a wonderful difference in my dads & his siblings lives (and the offspring). Some people never know the results of their kindness but I want you all to know that you did make a difference and brought true joy to some strangers. We may not know you personally but we think you are all wonderful and we will be talking about you genenosity for years to come.
