Researching in book The William Fleming Family (by Frank Marion Brand, 1941) I found pages 223 to 256 tell a LOT about ICE families in W Va. Some places are Monongalia Co., Buffalo Creek, Barrackville. Many relationships and names given. This is not my line. I found the book in a library 140 miles from me. However the book might help some ICE searchers.
