I find your query very interesting! My husband (who descends from Frederick Ice) and I were in Bardstown KY last weekend. We were rather surprised when we saw a sign which read Ice Produce. Later, we decided to go in the store and ask if this Ice family might be related to Frederick Ice. The people we talked to didn't seem to know - but stated that if Bucky(?) were there, he might know. We think there probably is a connection.
