Hello, my name is Tammy Ibarra. My grandfather's name was Manuel Ibarra Sr. His parents name's were Luz Ibarra and Fabian Barajas. They were from San Antonio, Texas. After my grandfather's parents were divorced he went into the Navy and took his mother's name back (so the story goes). My father, Manuel Ibarra Jr., doesn't know much about his Grandfather. He said that he recieved a letter from him when he went to Vietnam, and that Fabian's daughter had wrote it. That was the last that they had heard from him. We live in Michigan and my father was raised in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. I don't know when Luz and Fabian were divorced or where. I am having a lot of trouble finding this information out. If any of this sounds familiar, IT WOULD BE GREAT !!!! Please let me know.
