information on Hortuņo de Ibarra -- 16th century

I am interested in any information available on Hortuņo de Ibarra, who served in several capacities under Governor Velasco in the middle of the 16th century. He was a factor, accountant, and a naval expert, serving both as almirante and general for the treasure fleets returning to Spain. I am particularly interested in any data regarding his service to the De Luna expedition that attempted to settle Florida in 1559.

Thanks!
Jim Collis
