I don't believe that The America's First Families files are on Ancestry.com. Might be, never have looked.
I think that sharing is a good start. I am sorry if I gave the impression of confusion over the surname. I know that there are many people with the same interest, researching the same names and at times it does appear to be confusing to some. Thirty years or more researching and I have over 57,000 names in my files. One day soon, I hope to publish a book on the surname. If I can help you, let me know.
