Triggs in Warren County - late 1800s

I am looking for Nancy Jane Lipe/Triggs and her husband Jacob Triggs. They were living in Otter Township in the 1860 US Census. I lost them after that date until 1900 when I found Jacob Triggs living with one of his daughters.

I believe Nancy and Jacob Triggs may be buried in Warren County. Does anyone know if there is a cemetery in or around Otter Township? If so, what is the name and location of the cemetery please. Also, does anyone know if it is easy to get to the cemetery or if I need to contact anyone PRIOR to going to the cemetery. I don't mind doing a little legwork walking through the cemetery but since I am from the Chicago area would like to know if I need permission or access to get into the cemetery.

Thanks!
Carolyn
