William Anderson 1827-1875 Iowa

I would like to know ancestry of this William Anderson and wife Nancy Irwin. There were two William Andersons who settled along the Ohio River in what is now Mason and Jackson Counties, West Virginia, and Meigs County, Ohio. I suspect this one has a different ancestry. Among other places descendants may live in Warren County, Iowa, and/or Madison County, Iowa.

IRWIN THEOPHILIS ANDERSON was born 29 April 1866, Truro, Madison, Iowa son of William and Nancy (Irwin) Anderson married in Warren County, Iowa, 24 December 1891 Minnie Ellen SAYRE who was born 5 September 1866 to Enoch and Elizabeth (Felton) Sayre. William Anderson was born 18 December 1827; married 30 September 1852 Nancy Irwin. William Anderson died 4 December 1875. Nancy Irwin was born in Ireland in 1826, married in Cadiz, Ohio, and died in Truro, Iowa in 1901.

Irwin T. Anderson acquired a common-school education and subsequently engaged in teaching several years. He afterward became a farmer and was successfully connected with agriculture interests until the time of his demise, 27 January 1895. Minnie died 24 January 1928 in New Virginia, Iowa. Burial was in the New Virginia Cemetery. Children of Irwin T. and Minnie (Sayre) Anderson:
