Mary E Moore Ottumwa - need help

Trying to locate Mary E. Moore (maiden name Harper) who was livig in Ottumwa Iowa in the 1890's. Her brother Hugh Harper was supposedly living with her about 1888 thru 1890. Then when Hugh died in the VA Hospital in Dayton Ohio in 1897, his personal effects were mailed to Mary Moore. Would like to contact live descendants to get more family info. Can anyone please help me?
