I am seeking information on Alice Minerva Poland who was born in Ottumwa, Iowa on 12-17-1863. Her parents were Josiah and Eliza Minerva Chrisman Poland.
There were three children already in the family at the time of Alice's birth--Mary Ella, John W. and Kate.
Josiah was born in Pennsylvania and may have come to Iowa with other extended family.
If any one is researching a line that connects with the Polands or has access to old birth records or county census records I would appreciate any information that you could share with me.
