I have a Rachel Stout Bedwell who lived in Ottumwa after 1843. She was married to George Bedwell in Franklin Co., Indiana in 1819. I believe she is buried in Agency, Iowa, although her husband is buried in Ottumwa. I have not yet turned up anything else on the Stout side of the family.
