Hoping to find someone who could check Story County records, Marriage records after 1920. And probate and will records.
Looking for second marriage for Ethel May Richey-Moroney or Maroney.
She was first married to Denis P. Moroney/Maroney on 10-5-1909 in Jersey County, Illinois. They divorced on 9-21-1923 in Story County, Iowa.
Denis had settled in Nevada,Story County, Iowa late 1880's. They returned there by 1910.
Ethel was the daughter of Minnie Elota King and Joseph Vincent Richey. Minnie died in 1898 in Nevada, Story County, Iowa and Joseph and Ethel moved back to Jersey county, Illinois.
Denis Moroney and Ethel Richey had they following children;
# 1. Marie about 1910/1911, # 2. Denis, Jr. born 1913 and died 1913, # 3. Vincent born about 1916.
Both Denis, Sr and Vincect have probate record in Story County. There is also one for Marie L. Maroney. Was hoping to find someone who could also look those up for me.
The last names might be spelled as Moroney or Maroney.
