Hi Nan, The Irvin F. Schwartz interred at the R.I.N. C. indicates he died 23 Jun 1998, not 1953. If this is the right individual, go to www.qcmemory.org . A newspaper death index indicates that this Irvin F.'s obits are in the June 26 & 27 editions of the Quad City Times. He apparently died in Buffalo, Ia, down the road from Davenport. Contact the Special Collections Dept. at the Davenport library for the obit. Since the gravesite data indicates he was born 8 Sep. 1936, he wouldn't be on a census. The cemetery is located on an island between Moline/Rock Island Il. & Davenport, Ia. Dick
