Looking for information re marriage of Julia F.Crane and Hugh A Jamieson possibly in Grinnell Iowa or Warren PA c.1861.Julia was the daughter of Nathaniel Marcus Crane and Julia Ostrander. She was born in India. She was single and living in Grinnell Iowa with her mother in 1860 and then as Julia Jamieson with her mother and her children Charles and Marcus Jamieson on 1870 and 1880 census. Census shows the boys as born in PA. I think they went to Warren PA area to live as adults.
Where were Julia and Hugh married? What happened to Hugh? On later censuses, Julia is shown as both widowed and divorced. She lived in Grinnell until her death in 1917. Did Hugh stay in PA and remarry? There is a Hugh A Jamieson on the 1880 and 1900 census in Warren PA with wife Rhoda and daughter Alice.
