I see in the 1910 census, these two girls were living with their parents, John and Bertha Richardson, in Omaha, Nebraska, enumerated April 1910. Fern was 5 and Clementine was age 3.
If they were taken across the river into Council Bluffs and placed in the Christian Home, I have transcribed the 1910 census for the home, listing all children, and it's posted at the free USGenWeb for Pottawattamie County, Iowa. These girls were not in that census record, enumerated in May 1910.
According to the California Death Index, Ruth Clementine Richardson Moller, born 25 July 1907 in Iowa, died in Yuba, California, on 26 Aug 1986. The California record states that her mother's maiden name was Wilson, and her father's name Richardson.
