Greetings from Minnesota !

I can't believe I found your post!

I am a descendent of John A. Kees and Margaret Betteys Kees.

She would be my great Grandmother I believe.

Margart M. Betteys married John A. Kees on February 25, 1860 at Prairie Hill, Boone County Iowa.

Their children were: George Arthur; May Luella; Frank Agustus Dow; William Henry; MARGARET ELVIRA; and John Alvin.

Margaret Elvira Kees married Rudolph H. Wolf on July 28th, 1909.

Their children were Margery Mae; and Raymond Rudolph. They lived in the Jeffers and Windom Minnesota area...where I grew up.

Raymond is my father...he passed away in 1990. Margery is my Aunt, and will be 90 years old in July. She loves family history!
Aunt Margery would be thrilled to find other living Kees-Betteys relatives!

Margaret Betteys Kees would be her grandmother... my great grandmother.

If I had be of further assistance, please let me know! I would love to chat with you!

Carmen Bennett
Mpls-St. Paul area
