Hello,
I just learned recently that my family lived in O'Brien County, Libety Township, Calumet Town.
1910 Census Nels Jorgensen from Denmark born around 1871 Married to Rosa Hobert born 1888. They had 4 children:
Charles 1904, Walter 1905, Clarence 1907 & Willard 1909.
I do not know what happened to Rosa but she did not appear on the 1920 Census with Nels and the Children. The 1920 Census shows them living in George, Wheeler, Lyon Co, IA.
1900 Census shows Nels Jorgensen at age 29 living with Hans C Johnson & Helena P shows they where both born in 1860 and from Denmark. They lived in Cedar, Cherokee, IA.
1930 Census Shows Charles moved to Flandreau, Moody, SD. Married to Stella Robinson had 2 children Vivian born 1926 & Walter born 1909. Willard was living with him there.
If Anyone knows of this family please contact me. I am looking for any information I can get on my relatives and looking for living ones
