I'm looking for Patrick HIGGINS who may have resided in MONTGOMERY CO, IA in 1869. His daughter, Mollie was born in Red Oak in that year but I can not find the family there in the 1870 census. Patrick eventually worked for the Wabash RR in 1880, living in Hamilton, Hancock, IL.

ALSO, if anyone has a relative named MICHAEL HIGGINS who was a section foreman for a railroad and lived in the Davenport area in 1870-1890, please contact me.
