The Lyons family moved to Monona County from Hendricks County, IN in the mid-1800s. One of their children, Ann Marie, was there and in Ticonic until her death on 9 Oct., 1913. Joseph James Lyons died at Castana on 22 February, 1862 and his wife survived him there until 1 January, 1893. The couple had 9 other children but I am unsure of their residence. Four of them were alive until well into the 1920s. That would be Sarah Elizabeth, James David, Hannah M., and another son, J. D. M. Lyons. Is anyone connected to this family or their in-laws, the Murrays?
