The 1885 Iowa state census lists Susan England, age 44, born England, and son Joseph F., born Mills County, Iowa, age 3. there is no adult male named Joseph England with them, but this census doesn't list people in family groups, so I cannot figure out if your ancestor Joseph, husband to Susan, had another name he used or not. Also, I can check other records if you can tell me the names of his first two wives. It would help me find his place of birth, if you still want help. No charge. :)
