Sometimes you just have to put some people to rest. If you're able to obtain obits on any of Geo's siblings, you might find out what became of the missing ones.

From the research I've done I'm 99% sure you have nothing to do with the Christian BATSCHELET family. I can also tell you there is no Mary BATSCHELET b 1877 +-2yrs IA.
There is a Geo CAMPBELL b 1844 IL, widowed, in 1920 Thomas Co KS, but says both parents born Scotland. He is not found 1905/10/15 Thomas Co
I'm also a CAMPBELL, but most remained in Scotland.
