So sorry I did not give enough information. My George Campbell was the son of John and Mary Campbell who came to America in about 1855 and settled in Warren County, Illinois. The family moved to Nebraska and lived for 12 years before coming back to Illinois and settling in Henderson County (right next to Warren County, IL). George was born was born in 1850. His parents, John and Mary Campbell both died in 1887 are buried in Henderson County, IL He was not old enough to serve in the Civil War, even though he had two brothers who were in the service. They were James and John. John died in Nashville, TN and he is buried in Warren county, IL JOHN AND MARY ARE MY GREAT GREAT GRANDPARENTS. JOHN
