Yes, you have the right Jane Powers and all her children. I have also read that she was married to Aurelius Young but she was in Nebraska in the 1880 census with her youngest son, Lifee.

I just received these papers from the U.S. National Archives & Records Administration. The one that has her name on it being dropped from her pension, came from the U.S. Pension Agency, in Des Moines, Iowa. Oct. 27, 1900, widow Jane B. Powers, soldier Lifee H., Service P.H. 11 Vt. Res. Corps. Last paid $12.00 4 July 1900, date of death unknown.

I am hoping their is a place in Des Moines that would have this information.
