I'm trying to locate a William Thompson who was born in Indiana and lived in Iowa during the 1940's and 1950's. He lived in Demoines in 1944. I think his wife's name was Florence. He was still alive in 1955 when he showed up at our home in Muncie, Indiana in November.
I saw where a Florence Thompson applied for a ss card around 1963. That means he may have died in the early 1960's.
He was born around 1889-1892 somewhere in Indiana. Have two dates.
Since William is such a common Thompson name especially in Indiana it is hard to pin down valid information. Any help would be appreciated.
