Ellen "Nellie" Carmody (1871-1960) was the daughter of Thomas Carmody.

You say she was a guardian of Rev. Boyle... wonder what a 80+ year old woman was doing acting in that capacity? Seems to me she's the one who probably needed a guardian.

How would I go about getting copies of those obits?
