Seeking information on Sarah Clark. Born 1859 in Winthrop Ia.Daughter of Michael Gilson and Mary Gilligan. Sarah married Thomas Clark, 1873 in Ia. They had six children.
Thomas died in 1893, is buried in Fleming Cemetery. Sarah was left to farm and raise the six Children . She was helped by her brother in law, Joseph S. Clark. Born: 1845 in Pa. Parents are John Clark, Sarah Shidler(nee Neville)
Sarah and Joseph married. The last census they were in was 1900, Bryon Twp. I believe they moved to SD. And raised the children there. In a obit of Joseph , Mother, 1903 it stated her son Joseph S. Clark, lived in Gayville, SD.
I would like to find out where Sarah and Joseph are buried and when they died. I know SD had a five year census. But do not know how to access them. I am hoping someone out there, will have some information , that can help me find them.
I want thank you all for any help you can give me. It will be greatly appreciated.
