Elizabeth Catherine Ross is most often listed as "E. Catherine Ross"
A WPA transcription of John Wesley Duncan's gravestone identifies him as a Civil War Veteran, but no indication of which side or what regiment, etc.
They had 4 known children, (identified in the 1880 US Census, Fremont County, Iowa, surname listed as "Dunken").
