I am doing research on my ggg grandparents Uriah Tracy and NANCY RICHARDSON (they were married in Knox County, Ohio in 1822 and moved to Licking County and then to Putnam County, Ohio where they are buried). I am trying to find Nancy's parents and believe she might be the daughter of EDWARD RICHARDSON, son of JOHN RICHARDSON and CHRISTINA LANE. (Nancy named one of her children Edward R. Tracy and Edward and brother Isaac were in Knox County, Ohio in the early 1800's and later moved West to Muscatine County, Idaho). I've been trying to piece together EDWARD'S FAMILY and think I have his wife - ELIZABETH WRIGHT and some of their children as follows: MARIA who married Stephen Girard DeShong, JOSEPH who married Lucinda Watson, RACHEL, and WILLIAM who married Caroline. I have Edward and Isaac's death information from cemetery records in Muscatine County, Iowa as well as census information on them. From what I can tell, Edward was born in Pennsylania and some of his children were born in Maryland and New York. What has me confused is census records for Uriah and Nancy. The 1850, 1860 and 1870 census records all have Nancy as being born in Ohio and that would be impossible if she was indeed the daughter of Edward. Nancy was born in 1801 and would have been born in Maryland to be a part of this family. Any information on Edward's family would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..........
