I am looking for information on the family of John and Elizabeth Gib(p)son Westbrook that were living in Marshall County in 1920. I believe that John W. died about 1927 as my grandparents remembered attending his funeral and travelling all night from Schuyler County Missouri to get there. It is possible that he left this county between 1920-1927, but his death would have been somewhere in Iowa within travelling distance of Schuyler County. John was born December 1872 in Bates County Missouri and Elizabeth was born May 1874 in Schuyler County Missouri. Their known children were: Mabel born 1891/92, Edna born January 1895, and adopted son Charles born 1906. I need to locate an obituary or death certificate for John, but I'm not certain where he died, also would like to locate where he's buried.
