Sharon,

I have a better identification for you. Your William Wright was probably the son of Skelton Wright, grandson of 1839 John A. Wright of Franklin County, Virginia, great grandson of 1830 William Wright of Franklin County, Virginia, great great grandson of 1809 William Wright of Franklin County, Virginia, and great great great grandson of 1792 John Wright of Fauquier County.

Attached below is my write up on your William Wright. This is taken from Sorting Some of the Wrights of Southern Virgina, Part III: 1809 William Wright of Franklin County.

I will be happy to exchange information with you and other researchers interested in this Wright line.

Best wishes,

Bob Grant
